Delivery & Return Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched once full payment, or the agreed-upon deposit terms, has been verified.
• We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed by us.

2. Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through courier and freight partners.
• Shipping dates and delivery schedules we provide are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, courier services, extreme weather, or regional transportation disruptions.
• For bulk and project orders, contact us to agree a delivery schedule for your site.

3. Inspecting Your Shipment

• Please inspect all drums, bags, buckets and containers immediately upon delivery.
• Any visible damage or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, ideally with photos of the package and product.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours will be reviewed by our team for replacement or exchange.
• Chemical products that have been unsealed, partially mixed, opened, or stored under improper environmental conditions are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to safety and chemical stability standards.

5. Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be reviewed for cancellation.
